Our management staff has a wide and varied experience after many years of working in this industry and would be able to meet every need of our clients.
IDDI SUMAILA (Executive Director), He is a product of Ghana Secondary School, Tamale and Northern School of Business. He has over 12 years of experience in the management of security-based operations. Started life as a teacher in 1990 before joining Agency Biwadie Construction Ltd as a Site Manager from 1990 to 1996. Left to set up Skones Ghana Ltd, a civil construction firm and then additionally set up Skones Security Ltd in December 1999 and diligently managed it to date. He is currently the National Vice President of the Ghana Amateur Boxing Association. Our key management staff responsible for the provision of our core business, which is the private security services, our as follows:
MOHAMMED ALIU SEIDU (Deputy Managing Director), is a private security professional and has wide ranging experience in security operations management. He has almost twenty (20) years of experience in the private security services sector; for fifteen (15) years he served as the Head of Operations for a prime security company in the country.
COL. (Rtd.) JOHN BOSCO ANYESE ANYASOMBE (Project Manager/Special Duties) enlisted into the Ghana Armed Forces in 1969, commissioned in 1971 and rose to the rank of Colonel. He was the Director of Supplies and Transport until his retirement in 2004, after 35 years of distinguished service to the Republic of Ghana. His commitment to duty and excellent performance led to several appointments within the Ghana Armed Forces and also internationally. He has a wide range of experience in security operations. Since he joined Skones in 2009, he has been responsible for recruitment, training of guards, species deployment/monitoring of performance of security personnel, logistics planning and coordination and quality assurance. His wealth of experience and expertise is a worthy asset.
SAMUEL AFEDOH (Head of Operations) is a product of the Nigeria Institute of Management. He has vast experience in administration and operations management of the private security sector. Has served with distinction in many senior and top management capacities in well known private security companies in Ghana.
KATUMI IBRAHIM (MRS) (Head, CIT Services)
She is a banker by profession. She has worked with the Post and Telecommunication Company from 1980 to 1982 as an Assistant Administrative Officer. She joined National Savings and Credit Bank from 1982 to 1994, worked with Social Security Bank Limited from 1994 to 2002 in various capacities at various branches and went on voluntary retirement in 2002. She joined Agate-Mabot Company and worked in various capacities as Project Officer in charge of the Teller/Marketing Unit, promoted to handle Corporate Affairs/Marketing and then to First Assistant to the Managing Director. She served in that capacity for six years and was able to increase the client base of Agate-Mabot Company from three clients to twelve in the cash-in-transit business. She moved to Skones Security Services Limited as the Head of Cash-In-Transit operations in 2012.
CHARLES CRABBE (Administration and Support Services)
He is an experienced and skilled marketing communications practitioner with a knack for general administrative and management processes and delivery. Has held both middle top management positions in a numbers of companies such as Insight Grey Advertisng, Sam-Woode Educational Publishers, Great Argon Group, among others. Attended several seminars and workshops both locally and internationally.
CHARLES DODOO (Operations & Quality Assurance Advisor)
Entered the private security industry in 1987 as Business Strategy and Development Advisor, PAHEK Security Services, in Lagos. Mentored by Pedro Imadoja, 1st African Fellow of the Institute of Industrial Security, (IISec), London; became member of the Nigerian Professional Security Association(NPSA)
1st Programme Director, Centre for Security Education and Research, Lagos in 1994;
Founded and was Editor-In-Chief of Safety & Security Magazine. Consulted for various foreign and local private security firms and corporate organizations on Strategic Security.
MAJOR (Rtd.) BILL NEWMAN (Emergency Planning & Business Continuity Advisor)

MICHAEL KOFI DUKU (CIT Operations Management Advisor)
Was Head of Cash Management at Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) for seven (7) years and supervised the implementation of the Cash In Transit (CIT) activity in ADB (2007 – 2013)
Worked as the key, central figure that coordinated the outsourced cash handling and movement activity in ADB
Created the framework for capturing data on and valuing the cash handling and movement services rendered to the bank by the outsourced companies.
Plan, organise and supervise cash collection services rendered to the customers of the bank on a daily basis
Monitor cash balances in branch vaults across the ADB branch network to ensure they are within operational and insured limit
